A place where we honour and deepen into the moments that shape us.
Personal ceremonies are a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and create dedicated, sacred space just for you alone or with chosen others.
Whether you are crossing into a new chapter, celebrating a milestone or tending to something tender within yourself.
What to Expect
Each ceremony is different, I choose the modalities that I feel will be the most powerful for your specific needs:
Ceremonial Cacao, ritual, breath-work, sound healing, meditation, somatic movement or yoga, and bodywork/energy work.
The flow is guided by you: your story, your threshold, your needs. I simply respond with what I feel will guide you best.
No two ceremonies are alike. Together, we will create a ritual that feels deeply personal and resonant.
This might be:
Honouring a life transition (marriage, pregnancy, motherhood, loss, moving home, career change).
Marking a birthday or milestone with depth and presence.
Creating a space of reverence for your body, your path, your becoming.
Devoting time for self-connection, reflection and healing.
Your ceremony can be personal, 1:1 or you may like to include loved ones and create an occasion. For example, a mothers blessing/ceremony. (prices vary for this)
Why Ceremony
So often we rush past the moments that change us. Ceremony slows us down, reminding us that we are cyclical beings, constantly becoming. To pause and witness yourself at these thresholds is to anchor meaning, reverence and deep connection into your life.
Your Ceremony
This is your space. Your story. Your moment. My role is to hold and guide, to listen deeply and to curate a ceremony that honours who you are and what you are stepping into.
A personal ceremony is more than an experience—it is a remembering.
A marking of time. A sacred doorway.
