pleasure alchemy 20.11 9.30am
This time for you to drop into yourself within gentle guidance and a held, intentional space— I’m simply inviting you into my own practice, because as women we need to remind each other of what’s possible when we drop in together.
If you’ve felt sticky or stuck in this week’s energy, this hour will help you reconnect to your body and remember the pleasure that’s available even in the heaviness.
Step into an hour of self-transmission: a return to your own wisdom, resourced by your body’s aliveness. We’ll invite in ease and explore where pleasure is waiting to be felt to soothe and bring you back into self trust.
Expect music to bring you into your body, intuitive movement, guided self-massage (bring oil) and reflective space. Pleasure here means slowness, sensing, breath, connection, touch—the nourishment we rarely give ourselves.
Please have your camera on for the beginning so we can feel one another’s presence.
Create a cosy space where you can move, rest, and settle. Mothers with babies are so welcome—you’ll be met exactly where you are.
